2. Services

Fuerte Adventure offers outdoor recreational activities in Fuerteventura, including guided buggy tours, guided e-bike tours and bicycle rental services.

Activities operate primarily from Corralejo and Costa Calma and may include organized routes through natural areas, volcanic landscapes, coastal zones and other locations on the island. 

Participation in these activities is voluntary and subject to the conditions described below.


3. Booking Process

Bookings can be made through the online booking platform TuriTop, which is integrated into the website.

During the booking process, users must provide accurate and complete information required to complete the reservation.

Once the booking is confirmed and payment is completed, the reservation becomes binding.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the booking details and ensuring that the selected activity, date and participant information are correct.


4. Payments

Payments for activities are processed through the online payment provider Stripe, integrated within the TuriTop booking system.

The website itself does not process or store credit card information.

Payment is required to confirm the reservation.


5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking according to the following conditions:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time of the activity will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are considered last-minute cancellations and are not eligible for a refund.


6. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to arrive at the scheduled meeting time, the booking may be considered a no-show.

In such cases, the activity may proceed without the participant and no refund will be issued.


7. Participant Requirements

Participants must meet the minimum requirements established for each activity.

For buggy tours:

Drivers must hold a valid driving license.

The minimum age for drivers is 18 years.

The minimum passenger age is 4 years.

For e-bike tours:

The minimum age for participants is 9 years.

Participants must follow the instructions of the guides and comply with safety rules during the activity.


8. Safety and Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides or staff before and during the activity.

The company reserves the right to deny participation or stop an activity if a participant:

does not follow safety instructions

behaves in a dangerous or irresponsible manner

appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs

In such cases, no refund may be issued.


9. Responsibility for Vehicle Use

Drivers participating in buggy tours are responsible for operating the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.

The driver is responsible for damages caused by misuse or negligent driving.

Participants must respect the instructions provided by the guides and follow applicable safety regulations.


10. Weather and Operational Conditions

Outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and operational factors.

For safety reasons, the company reserves the right to modify routes, schedules or activity conditions when necessary.

If an activity cannot take place due to safety concerns or operational reasons, an alternative date or solution may be offered when possible.


11. Liability

Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks associated with physical activity and the use of vehicles or equipment.

Participants take part in activities at their own responsibility and must follow all safety instructions.

Fuerteadventure Quards SL maintains civil liability insurance as required by applicable regulations. Liability is limited to the coverage provided by such policy.


12. External Platforms

Bookings made through the website are processed through the external platform TuriTop and payment providers such as Stripe.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Users are responsible for reviewing the conditions of these external services when making a booking.


13. Website Use

Users agree to use this website in a lawful and respectful manner.

The company reserves the right to modify website content, services or conditions at any time when necessary.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes related to the use of this website or the services offered will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
