All tours begin with a safety briefing. Vehicles and bikes are regularly maintained and inspected. Our guides are trained and experienced in managing group activities across varied terrain.

Q: How long are the tours?

Most buggy tours and standard e-bike tours last around 3 hours. Advanced e-bike tours last approximately 5 hours. Some options include full-day experiences with transfers included.

Q: What should I wear and bring?

We recommend: closed shoes, comfortable outdoor clothing, water and sun protection. For buggy tours: bring your driving license if you plan to drive. For longer tours: bringing a light snack is also a good idea.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is the priority. If conditions are not suitable, we may reschedule the tour or offer an alternative solution depending on availability. If you are unsure, contact us before your tour day.

Q: Are e-bike tours suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our electric fat bikes make the ride easier and more comfortable, even for people with limited cycling experience. We recommend choosing the easier route if you want a relaxed experience. Advanced routes are longer and require more stamina.

Q: Can children join buggy and e-bike tours?

Yes, with age requirements depending on the activity: • Buggy tours: children can join as passengers (minimum age 4). • E-bike tours: minimum age is usually 9+ (and 14+ recommended for advanced routes). If you are booking as a family, contact us and we’ll advise the best option.

Q: Can I rent a bike for more than one day?

Yes. Multi-day bike rental is available. For security reasons, bikes must be stored safely indoors overnight. If you need a longer rental, contact us and we’ll advise the best option.

Q: Do you offer hotel pick-up?

Many tours include optional pick-up depending on the selected experience and starting area. Pick-up points and times are shown during the booking process.
